Shaykh Kazi Luthfur Rahman, the Founder & Director of Mimbar Academy who graduated from the Faculty of Islamic Studies & Arabic Language in prestigious Al-Azhar University in Cairo in the year 2010.

He memorised the Glorious Quran under his father Sheikh Kazi Abdus Subhan Rahimahullah in early age and later he obtained Ijazah/Certification in Hafs A’n A’sim Qiraah from His Eminence Sheikh Sayeed Ali Abdul Majid, the Deputy Head of Al-Azhar Quran Department in Egypt.

Sheikh Kazi Luthfur Rahman has been teaching Quran and Islamic studies to children and adults from the age of 14 and he was certified to teach Quran at the age of 12 by “Naadiatul Quran Teachers Training Association Bangladesh” in the year 1996. Alongside teaching at Mimbar Academy, he is also serving as an Imam & Khateeb in London Central Mosque & The Islamic Cultural Centre in Regents Park. Sheikh Kazi is currently pursuing a Master in Islamic Studies at the University of London SOAS.

Shaykh Kazi Abdur Rahman is Haafidh and Qari of the Glorious Quran who also studied Islamic Education under his father Shaykh Kazi Abdus Subhan Rahimuhallah and other Islamic Seminaries in Bangladesh.

He is a unique and skillful Islamic teacher who was certified to teach by “Naadiatul Quran Teachers Training Association Bangladesh” in the year 1996.

Sheikh Kazi Abdur Rahman has been very successful in his teaching career and taught The Holy Quran and Islamic Studies to a large number of students over the past 20 years. Alongside his teaching, he is also serving as an Imam in Mimbar Academy.

Ustadh Maheer Hasan is a graduate from Jamiatul Ummah, London, and has completed the memorisation of the Holy Qur’an. He currently studies Religious Education and Islamic History.

Brother Thanim Ahmed is a graduate of Jamiatul Ummah, London, and has achieved 3 A-Levels that includes Computer Science & Mathematics. He is currently reading a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at City, University of London.

Ustadhah Umm Shuaib is a graduate of the ʿĀlimiyyah in Quwwatul Islam, London. She began her studies at Azhar Academy and has studied Qur’an, Arabic Language, Hadeeth, Fiqh, and other major Islamic sciences

She studied Tajweed and recitation from an early age under the tutelage of her respected father, Qari Siddique Ali (May Allah have mercy upon him).

She began teaching Qur’an under the supervision of her respected father from a very young age and continues to do so whilst acquiring remarkable teaching skills. Alongside teaching at Mimbar Academy, since 2011 she has been running Darun Noor Wal Huda which includes Maktab, Sanatayn, Alimiyyah, and Tarbiyyah courses for different age groups.

Mawlana Redwan Ahmed Omor is a graduate from ‘Alimiyyah of Darul Uloom, Ford Square, London. Prior to this, he studied Arabic language, science of Hadeeth and Qiraath in Syria under renowned scholars as well as in Jamiatul I’lm Wal Huda in Blackburn, UK.

Ustadh Redwan also obtained Ijaazah in Hafs A’an A’sem from reputable scholars of Qiraath and Tajweed. He is currently teaching at the Evening Madrasah Hifdh Class at Mimbar Academy London.
